Refund Policy

At Priya Art, each artwork is carefully hand-created with dedication and precision. Because of the unique and custom nature of traditional paintings, we maintain the following refund and return policy:

1. Original Hand-Created Paintings (Physical Sales in Europe)

Final Sale: All original paintings are considered final sale once purchased.
No Returns/Refunds: Due to the delicate and unique nature of artwork, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged Delivery: If your painting arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either:
- Arrange a repair/restoration where possible, or
- Offer a replacement/refund if restoration is not feasible.

2. Digital Artworks (Available in India & Worldwide)

Non-Refundable: All digital files are non-refundable once delivered/downloaded.
Incorrect File: If you receive the wrong file or a corrupted file, please notify us within 7 days, and we will promptly resend the correct version.

3. Customized Commissions

Advance Payment: Custom artwork requests require an advance payment.
Non-Refundable Deposit: Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable as the process involves artist time and resources.
Final Approval: You will receive a preview (where applicable) before finalization. Once approved, no refunds or changes can be made.

4. Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

Every original painting comes with a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Priya Art. This ensures your artwork is genuine and irreplaceable, which is why refunds are strictly limited.
