    • All paintings are hand-painted and unique, and slight variations in color, design, or size may occur.

    • Images on the website are for reference; actual artwork may differ slightly.

  2. Orders & Payments

    • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

    • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  3. Shipping & Delivery

    • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs procedures.

    • Once handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit (please see our Shipping Policy).

  4. Returns & Refunds

    • Due to the nature of handmade art, all sales are final unless the product is damaged on arrival.

    • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

  5. Intellectual Property

    • All content, images, and artwork on this website are the property of Priya Art. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

    • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  7. Governing Law

    • These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune/India.
