At Priya Art, every painting is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Processing Time: Since each piece is hand-painted, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and safe packaging.
Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners and usually delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines vary by destination (typically 10–21 business days). Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Packaging: All artworks are securely packed using protective materials to prevent damage in transit.
Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays (courier issues, customs clearance, festivals, etc.) may occur.

Risk of Loss: Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
Customs & Duties: Buyers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or courier disruptions.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim related to shipping shall not exceed the value of the artwork purchased.
